Common questions
Will you damage my door or lock?
In most cases, no. Dan opens locks non-destructively, so you keep your existing lock. Drilling is a last resort and he tells you before anything costs more.
How quickly can you get to me?
Dan covers Newcastle and roughly 45 minutes in every direction. Call him for an honest ETA for exactly where you are.
Do you charge more late at night?
Dan is on call until 9PM with fair, clear pricing. You always know the price before he travels.
